Dr. Zhenxing Wang is the Head of the Graphene Electronics Group at AMO GmbH. He obtained his PhD degree in 2012 from Peking University in China, with the topic of carbon nanotube and graphene-based radio frequency electronics. After that, he joined the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg as a Postdoctoral Researcher, working on solution-based 2D materials-based nanodevices. From 2014, he has been with AMO, where he is responsible for development of graphene-based electronics, especially for high-frequency applications, as well as the wafer scale integration of 2D materials.
