Management and Dissemination
Task 1
Led by CEA
Coordination
We will ensure that the project objectives are met in the agreed budget and timeframe while ensuring
compliance with the host institutions and EU rules. The Coordinator assisted by the Management
Board will coordinate activities, ensure effective internal communication and control that the work
performed adheres to the proposed milestones and deliverables. The Coordinator responsibility will be
to receive and distribute EU funds according to the initial budget repartition.
Task 2
Led by CEA
Monitoring and risk management
The Coordinator assisted by the WP leaders will monitor the project advancements against the planned
schedule. The WP leaders will organize the research progress in their WPs through regular exchanges,
collect reports for WPs and present the WPs advances at project meetings. The Coordinator will
identify regularly the risks from inputs provided by WP leaders and devise strategies for managing
them.
Task 3
Led by CEA
Strategy for the exploitation of the results
Knowledge transfer and protection of IPs and/or its licensing will be continuously promoted. A further
objective will be to support, where possible, the establishment of spin-off companies and the filing of
patents. A plan for exploitation beyond the Project will be established with support from the Project
Strategy Board (3 meetings during the Project), composed of external actors in the sectors of micro-
electronics and large-scale integration
Task 4

Dissemination of the results and the external communication
A regularly updated project webpage will be used as a means of internal communications for management
purposes and contain a project document and scientific database. The results dissemination will be
encouraged through the publication of high impact journals, presentations at conferences and specialized
exhibitions or workshops, etc. We will also organize an international school ”quantum metrology meets
twistronics
