Prof. Dr. Max Christian Lemme is a Full Professor at RWTH Aachen University and the Director of AMO GmbH. He obtained his PhD degree in Electrical Engineering from RWTH in 2004. He has worked on nano-CMOS devices and technology, including FinFETs and SOIMOSFETs, high-k/metal gate stacks and graphene, and 2D materials. In 2008, he joined Harvard University in Cambridge, USA, to work on helium ion-based nanolithography and graphene photodetectors. In 2010, he became Professor at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. He received an ERC Starting Grant and became Full Professor at the University of Siegen, Germany in 2012. He was appointed Full Professor at RWTH Aachen University and Scientific Director of AMO GmbH in 2017.
